We will provide a thorough physical examination and history that will be the basis for your individualized treatment plan. The individualized treatment plan will take into consideration the unique healthcare needs that you have and will give us a guideline for keeping you healthy.
We provide weight-loss management under the supervision of an experienced and knowledgeable provider using GLP-1 injections. This service is included in the monthly membership fee and there is no up-charge on medication, you pay the flat rate from the pharmacy.
No need to head to the hospital to have your blood work completed, we can draw your blood in house. You can choose to use insurance or pay out-of-pocket for lab costs.

We understand that there are many barriers to receiving healthcare. With our Direct Primary Care model, we want to eliminate those barriers. Ask us about home visits and how to qualify.
